Motion control：This equipment adds soil-entering and soil-covering stations, adopts a four-station integrated mode, soil-entering, hole-pressing, and sowing are all detected by photoelectric shooting switches, soil-covering is controlled by travel switches, and watering stations are controlled by water valves. All four stations use conveyor belts to control the movement of the hole tray, without stopping in the middle of the movement. The core "brain" PLC control and touch screen control, accurate positioning, stable operation.

Description of three workstations:The soil loader station adopts photoelectric induction to ensure that there is a plate to load the soil and no plate to stop, the soil dropping speed is adjustable, and the silo volume is 120L;

                    The sowing machine station adopts manipulator sowing, the seeds are directly placed in the hole center, the sowing positioning is more accurate, and the sowing mold is easy to replace;

                        Soil covering station Micro switch control is used to cover the soil with a plate and stop without a plate. The covering speed is adjustable and the silo volume is 120L;

Watering station: The working speed is adjustable and the watering amount can be set according to the type of hole plate.

Operation interface: Good quality touch screen, one-to-one operation interface, can flexibly adjust each station to achieve satisfactory results.
