Core structure: Drilling uses the traditional method to press holes on the hole tray, and sowing uses the world's best manipulator sowing. Drilling and sowing are all completed by processing each row of holes on the short side of the rectangular hole tray at one time.

Motion control: This equipment has added soil-entering and soil-covering stations, and adopts a three-station integrated mode. Soil-entering, hole-pressing, and sowing are all detected by photoelectric shooting switches. Soil-entering is controlled by a travel switch. The three stations all use conveyor belts to control the movement of the hole tray without stopping in the middle of the movement. The core "brain" PLC control and touch screen control have accurate positioning and stable operation.         

Description of the three workstations: The soil loader station adopts photoelectric sensing to ensure that there is a disk to load the soil, and there is no disk to stop. The soil dropping speed is adjustable, and the silo volume is 80L;

                    The sowing machine station adopts manipulator sowing, and the seeds are directly placed in the hole center, sowing positioning is more accurate, and the sowing mold is easy to replace;

                    The soil covering station adopts micro switch control to cover soil with a plate and stop without a plate. The soil covering speed is adjustable and the silo volume is 80L;

Operation interface: high-quality touch screen, one-to-one operation interface, flexible adjustment of each station to achieve satisfactory results
