【Product Features】

Employee Operation     It adopts electrical integration, press the automatic button to start, and put the plug tray on the conveyor belt, which is easy to operate.

Core Structure     The drilling uses a cone-shaped head to press the plug tray, and the sowing uses the traditional drop seed tube sowing. The drilling and sowing are completed at one time for each row of holes on the long side of the rectangular plug tray.

Motion control    This equipment uses photoelectric switch detection for both hole pressing and sowing. The conveyor belt controls the movement of the hole tray without stopping in the middle of the movement. The core "brain" PLC control, air pressure can be adjusted, sowing speed is appropriate, and positioning is accurate.

Air pressure control    It adopts stepless speed regulation, good adaptability, and high speed 1.1 seconds/row.
