Ordinary plug trays weighing 170g and heavy plug trays exceeding 200g. Before use, you need to soak it in 100 times of bleaching powder for 8-10 hours and dry it for later use.

Mix peat, vermiculite, and perlite together in a ratio of 2:1:1, and then add 2.6-3.1ko of potassium ammonium phosphate compound fertilizer and 10-15kg of decomposed chicken manure to each cubic meter of substrate. The pH is controlled between 5.8-7.

Sow the seeds into the sowing holes, sowing one seed in each hole. If the germination rate is low, you can sow two seeds in each hole.

After sowing, use stones for mulching. Specific operation: Gently pour the stone on the plug tray, and then use a scraper to move from one side of the plug tray to the other direction to remove excess vermiculite.

The following is how to manage the seedling trays. First, place the plug trays on the seedbed, water them thoroughly with water, and then spread a layer of mulch on the seedbed. Place some small bamboo strips between the mulch film and the plug tray to leave a certain gap between the film and plug tray. Remove the mulch immediately after seedlings emerge. After the cotyledons are expanded, thinning and patching of seedlings are carried out. Do a good job in managing temperature and air humidity.
