Rice transplanting method

1. Seedling tray. There are four main types of rice machine-transplanted seedling trays: blanket-shaped seedling trays (9-inch and 7-inch seedling trays), bowl-shaped blanket seedling trays, double-film seedling raising trays and bowl-shaped seedling planting trays. Due to different seedling trays, there are three types of machine transplanting: blanket seedling transplanting, bowl seedling machine transplanting and bowl seedling transplanting. Blanket-shaped seedling trays and bowl-shaped blanket-shaped seedling trays have hard disks and floppy disks due to different plastic materials.

2. Soil for raising seedlings. At present, my country's mechanical rice seedling transplanting methods are classified according to the type of soil in the seedling tray, which can be divided into three types: dry land soil seedling cultivation, substrate and mud seedling cultivation. There are also dry land soil and substrate mixed seedling cultivation, and mud and substrate mixed seedling cultivation. Since the soil structure of dry land seedling cultivation is loose, it is conducive to the growth of the seedling root system during seedling cultivation. In the southern rice areas, dry land soil seedling cultivation is mainly used in conjunction with the sowing line. The main method of machine-transplanted seedlings in southern rice areas is mud seedlings. Although mud seedling cultivation is easy to operate, pre-emergence mechanized sowing is difficult.

3. Seedling beds. Machine-transplanted rice seedling tray seedbeds can be divided into mud seedbeds and dry land seedbeds. Most of the dryland seedbeds are used for raising seedlings in mud and in greenhouses, which are more common in the north. Mud seedbeds can be used for dryland soil, substrate seedlings and mud seedlings, and are more common in the south.
