How to take off the seedlings:

The method is: first gently press the hole to loosen the substrate before pulling it out, so as not to damage the root system. In addition, when the seedling tray arrives, the substrate is too dry, so be sure to water it first and then remove the tray. It can play a lubricating role and is helpful for pulling out seedlings.

Seedling tray storage:

The storage methods of plug trays made of different materials are different due to the different properties of the production materials. If the seedling plug trays used are made of polyvinyl chloride material, because this type of plug tray is relatively hard and brittle, it will age quickly when exposed to direct sunlight and will easily break from the edge of the plug tray during use. Therefore, when preserving such seedling trays, they should be placed in a dark and humid place. You can directly stack them together and bury them in moist soil; you can also stack them together and cover them with moist old thatch. Place out of direct sunlight.

If the seedling plug trays used are made of polystyrene material, this type of plug tray has the characteristics of good toughness, strong anti-aging, and non-toxicity. So just stack them together and store them in a dark place.

When saving seedling plug trays, be sure to lay them flat and not bend them to prevent deformation.
