Disinfection of acupoints is an important step in use

1. Matrix preparation: Matrix disinfection. At present, the commonly used substrate materials for seedling hole trays are vermiculite, peat, perlite, etc. Most of them use peat: vermiculite: perlite at a ratio of 2:1:1. An appropriate amount of inorganic and organic fertilizer should also be added to the substrate. Generally, 2.6-3.1 kilograms of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium compound fertilizer 15:15:15 and 10-15 kilograms of odorless chicken manure and other organic fertilizers should be added to each cubic meter of substrate. Grass charcoal is a semi decomposed swampy vegetation with a pH of 3.8-4.5. It has a delicate texture and poor breathability, and is often mixed with vermiculite or perlite. The pH value of the matrix is 5.8-7.0.
2. Plate loading: First, prepare the substrate for the seedling hole tray. Place the prepared substrate in the tray and be careful not to press it tightly, as the physical properties of the substrate may be damaged after compression. The correct method is to use a scraper to scrape from one side of the tray to the other, reducing the hollow air content and absorbable water content of the substrate, so that each hole tray is filled with the substrate, especially the holes at the corners and edges of the seedling hole tray, It must be the same as the middle hole, and the substrate cannot be overfilled. After filling, each cell should be clearly visible.
3. The overall size of the seedling hole tray is mostly 54.9 × 27.8cm, the hole tray specifications are 72 holes and 108 holes respectively, which are more suitable. Soak the seedling tray in a 100 fold diluted bleach solution for 8-10 hours, take it out and air dry for later use.
